Excellent service. Picked car up within seconds of our arrival and as instructed we called them after picking our cases up and we had a 2 minute wait until car arrived. Would highly recommend.

We have used this company a number of times and they are easy to deal with and make it stress free parking your car at the airport. Price is reasonable given the service.

Have used this service a few times as a solo traveller and most of my flights land in the middle of the night it's reassuring that my wait is short staff always friendly

Dropping off the car went perfectly, coming home after travelling/airport lounge and flying, finally landing at midnight, not so much. Instructions are to call as soon as baggage has been collected- which I did, to be told by a completely rude man, ok your car will be with you in 25 minutes! I questioned this because historically the car takes 10min after the call- no 25 minutes, your car is last to come and he put the phone down- so exhausted as we were we waited the 28 minutes it took, luckily the weather was on our side- car arrived, guy who drove it said “name?” which we gave, he handed us the key turned around and walked off, no suggestion of any help forthcoming, (tip for the help £10, was in my hand ready for this as normal), my husband is unable to lift after several spinal surgeries, so I (really struggled) to put the cases (17kg each) into the car and we left- in my panic to get the cases in I left my cabin bag which was FULL of his medication and CPap machine ( he needs this to breathe at night). We only discovered this at 3.30 am when we arrived home- in my panic I called up and “Mr unfriendly/rude” answered, I explained situation and he said not my job we are a company and hung up!- I was literally just asking if he knew who to call or if anyone there had picked the case up- politeness goes such a long way and unfortunately whoever it is dropping off these cars and answering your phones don’t realise this- we have used this service every time we’ve used Bristol Airport but will absolutely not ever use or recommend to anymore of our friends ( bearing in mind we are all retired and all holiday as much as we can). So disappointed I can’t even put how much into words! I’ve just seen below that Park and Go decided which reviews get posted- so I’m guessing no one else will see this but luckily there are independent review sites that will!

Have booked through park and go for every flight out of Bristol for a number of years, always on time, customer service is great and a great price.

A difficult review as the parking pick up and drop back was actually good and very easy, the only issue unfortunately is with the transparency of the additional Costs. Bristol Airport should be ashamed of themselves as on top of the car park charges which was quite reasonable, there is an additional £17 charge (£8.50 payable on entry and exit) payable to the Profiteering Bristol Airport. Scandalous Really as it makes the meet and greet option financially much less attractive. I think that at least the £8.50 when you drive into the meet and greet area should be included in the quoted price or made much more visible on the website that you also need to factor in £17 on top!
