Reviewed on 25th March 2020It couldn't have been easier. On both transfers the driver was friendly and helpful, and the minibus was spotlessly clean. It's well signposted to the site and you don't even have to call them on your return as they monitor the flights and are already there once you leave arrivals. I couldn't fault it and will now fly from Cardiff (over Bristol) again, purely based on this experience.

Reviewed on 4th February 2020Excellent service, easy to find plenty of parking drop off keys then hop in minibus to Airport which takes 5 minutes. On return they track flights so were waiting outside terminal on return which we were very grateful for as was freezing in Cardiff. Will definitely use again.
