Car Park was located further away from the airport terminal than expected but bus transfer was frequent and very efficient.

First time we have flown from East Midlands airport, directions given were easy to follow and find car park, bus picked us up within one minute of parking car and was waiting outside terminal building on return. Would use this service again and recommend to friends.

Number plate recognition did not work on entry. Nor did it for the car in front. So we had to call the operator and take a ticket. I'd advise parking next to one of the (two?) bus stops on the main road otherwise you could have quite a long walk from your car. We had to wait a minimum of 15 minutes for the bus. On return we waited just 7 minutes. Remember which bus stop you need to get off! ANPR worked OK on exiting. I've had better parking experiences..... but I've also had worse.

On arrival back from abroad, we had to wait 20 minutes for a bus. Not fun at 10pm.

Although my flight was delayed and diverted there was no extra charge and no problem exiting the car park. Extremely pleased.
