Reviewed on 11th July 2017Terrible confusion long stay WAS NOT labelled. It had been moved to Long Stay 1 and No signs!! Went around car parks for 1 hour and nearly missed gates closing. Compensation of 20 per cent off Next booking DERISORY! Holiday Extras offer that all the time

Reviewed on 22nd June 2017We'd never been to East Midlands before, but the car park is well signposted, easy to access, though finding a space wasn't straightforward. The shuttle bus was a good service.

Reviewed on 20th June 2017We managed to park right next to a bus stop which was awesome - the buses ran regularly so we never waited for longer than 5 minutes either way - the drivers were lovely too which also made the experience so good. Although long stay 4 is one of the furthest away from the airport, for the price and the efficiency of transport links we would use it again.
