For the past 5 visits to this, they have not had any of my details and has resulted in roughly a 15 minute delay in my airport process, which given the volume of travel I do, is a significant inconvenience. In addition to this and because of the above, when I exit the barrier to leave, it always shows that I owe money and I then have to wait a further 10 mins to exit. All in all, a very frustrating experience recently.

Difficult to enter valet parking area and for the extra cost definitely not worth it compared to other parking options at this airport.
