Reviewed on 10th January 2014I found the whole Grange Meet and Greet experience good. Two drawbacks, first why is the short term car park so dimly lit? As a first time client I had to search around to find the Grange staff, but will be better prepared next time. Second why can't Grange add the £1 exit cost to their charges, to save clients fumbling around in the dark to find the coin at some unearthly hour in the morning?

Reviewed on 13th June 2012Up to usual good standard. Only issue was on return we were waiting for 10 minutes in usual place to find the car + driver was there all the time at back of the car park but he made no effort to look around to see if anyone looking for their car.
