The customer service at Airparks Gatwick was excellent,very polite,helpful and patient in explaining the procedure.The transport to the terminal was easy and a good driver. Just one item we found a problem, the directions given were not so easy to follow as it was a dark wet morning,and we found ourselves going around in circles.There should be more visible signs directing to AIRPARKS. We didnt find a sign showing AIRPARKS until we were in sight of the runway and a plane coming into land.

Staff were a little abrupt on arrival

The only let down was the walk to the bus stop (North Terminal)but this is not the fault of the car park, it was just bloomin cold!!!

Extremely courteous, helpful and a to no time was I worried about who was looking after my vehicle.

Car park is not so easy to find and potentially can make some people to be late. When we finally find car park two ladies on the reception were not so friendly and professional. There was complete opposite on our return. Two gentleman have been very polite and professional.

Very very happy with service would defo use again!! only one thing really think your directions neeed to be clearer.

I was so impressed by how easy it was to park at the airport. When i arrived i was greeted by a fantastic, helpful, cheerful, team.On our return it was 5am and i was offered if i would like to be meeted out side my terminal with my car and it was so easy and quick. I will be using this company every time!

I was extremely pleased with the way I was treated at the car park. My only problem was finding it from the map and I eventually had to ask a comunity policeman where I was and how to find the car park! The map was very unclear as I do not know that area at all well. Apart from that I could not fault the help I received at the reception.

Very polite and helpful staff, including the bus drivers. Car ready for me on return. No long delays for the bus

Good value, reasonably priced as well as being convenient for the airport.Friendly, helpful staff who were at all points from registration to parking, compitant and efficient. Well done!
