Easy to find. Straightforward booking in of car and transfer to airport. Only problem was contact number was wrong on paperwork.

Everything went flawless both ways. Two side drawbacks that need to be marked - staff drivers drive customer cars inside the parking pretty reckless and the reception staff really wants to convince you to use their valet service or direct airport pick-up, which are unreasonably expensive.

getting to the airpark was fairly straight forward by following the instructions supplied. However on my return i left the car park and headed for the m23 there are no directions apart from one i saw saying Brighton m27 which i presumed meant heading towards Brighton only. The next sign i saw was Reading- London as i was heading down the m4 towards Newbury i was happy heading towards Reading. That was the last time i saw a signpost for reading.It took me three hours to get home as opposed to 90 min, not an ideal end to an otherwise good holiday.

Staff were very friendly and helped with finding my car. They gave us helpful information if our car would not start in the cold snowy weather.

Excellent service, can't be faulted. Buses ran very frequently from car park to terminal building, and the car was waiting upon our return, no delay whatsoever. Would definitely use them again.

The parking and transfer was quick but we had to load our own luggage onto the bus and lift them onto 2 shelves. We were two ladies with 2 children and found this very hard. Other operators we saw had a luggage compartment underneath and the driver helped. If we travel from Gatwick again we would rather pay a little extra for the underneath compartment buses with the drivers help.
