Reviewed on 10th November 2009When checking my car in the Airparks, staff asked if I would like to have my car valetted. On the spur of the moment I said yes and booked it in. After my weekend break, i returned to Airparks to find that because I had booked this additional service they 'couldn't find' my car. I had to wait 1 hour whilst they tried to track it down. It was 10pm on a Sunday night and I wasn't impressed. The communication from the staff was very poor. After an hour they found my car down but it took a further 15 minutes to return it to reception area. When it arrived it hadn't been valleted and I had to insist that I was refunded the valleting charge. I asked if they would refund the parking charge given the inconvenience and they refused dispite the fact that they had effectively lost my car! All very stressful after a long flight and the attitude of the staff didn't help. Would definitely not use Airparks Gatwick again!

Reviewed on 14th July 2009Very quick and easy to check-in and coach already waiting. On our return we only had to wait about 5 mins for the coach to arrive and our car was ready and waiting. All in all a very good service and would definitely use them again.

Reviewed on 11th July 2009Very helpful, we arrived early and they took the car in early without comment, it's an older car and the battery went flat whilst we were away, when we came to pick it up they'd jump started it for us and had it running to get some charge in the battery. All in all I cannot fault the service they gave.
