Long wait to book the car in. Dropped off by the transfer bus about 1/4 mile from the departures door and same journey back from Arrivals at end of trip. No warning that the bus stop had changed and left waiting in the cold. I will not use them again!

The parking and transfer was quick but we had to load our own luggage onto the bus and lift them onto 2 shelves. We were two ladies with 2 children and found this very hard. Other operators we saw had a luggage compartment underneath and the driver helped. If we travel from Gatwick again we would rather pay a little extra for the underneath compartment buses with the drivers help.

The parking facilities were very good. However, when i left my car all i was given was a little card. This had instructions to tell us where to wait but did not give us any contact details or information of which bus to catch or how frequently they did pick-ups. Therefore i had to make calls to the main office who had to give me a number to call the local office. These calls from my mobile prove quite expensive.

Whilst arrival and check in were good, transport to and from the airport left a lot to be desired. It took 20 mins for bus to leave on arrival and on return the service was shoddy to say the least. It took over 45 mins from time we got to bus stop & arriving at airparks. I will not be using airparks again, anything you save on price doesnt make up for the poor service, for which we didnt even get any apology when it was raised on picking up our keys.
