Reviewed on 8th June 2013The arrival went smoothly and we considered it better then the long stay as you didn't have to carry luggage far, registering the car into the park was easy. However coming back we waited ages for the bus then were on it for so long going to both terminals and round in circles. This put us off using it again as we just wanted to get home and it took almost an hour to get back to the car. Staff were great and check in and out quick.

Reviewed on 9th June 2012I have used this parking for a number of years,but the last two times I have noticed chipping and scratching on my car, as I am not prepared to walk round car in rain these only became apparent on returning home. Just used them again and my electric mirror motor has been broken. Will look elsewhere in future.

Reviewed on 19th July 2011The car park once found was fine although they parked the cars so close we had to get in the passenger door. However, the instructions on how to get there are wrong and we nearly missed our flight

Reviewed on 20th August 2010Car park is not so easy to find and potentially can make some people to be late. When we finally find car park two ladies on the reception were not so friendly and professional. There was complete opposite on our return. Two gentleman have been very polite and professional.

Reviewed on 22nd February 2010Staff were friendly and process seemed to work fairly efficiently. However it was 50 mins from arriving at car park to arriving at the terminal on the way there and 45 mins on the way back.

Reviewed on 21st January 2010getting to the airpark was fairly straight forward by following the instructions supplied. However on my return i left the car park and headed for the m23 there are no directions apart from one i saw saying Brighton m27 which i presumed meant heading towards Brighton only. The next sign i saw was Reading- London as i was heading down the m4 towards Newbury i was happy heading towards Reading. That was the last time i saw a signpost for reading.It took me three hours to get home as opposed to 90 min, not an ideal end to an otherwise good holiday.
