Reviewed on 3rd March 2011This was a good service, particularly considering the cheapness of the price. There was only a slight wait when being met on the way out. On the way back, the wait was longer (about 10 minutes), due no doubt to rush hour. Instructions issued on first meeting were clear and a receipt was issued for the vehicl. We would use them again.

Reviewed on 2nd March 2011We’d booked a meet and greet with Star at LHR. En route, we suddenly realised we were flying out of Gatwick, not LHR. Panic! Rang Star’s hotline who said “no problem” and re-booked us with Executive Parking, Gatwick. When we got there, someone was waiting to meet us and sorted everything out with the minimum of fuss. Even bigger disaster on our return - for reasons beyond our control, we missed the flight so rang Executive Parking who said “no problem” and were outside waiting when we arrived the next day. Brilliant. Both went the extra mile to help. EP’s customer service is superb and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Gail

Reviewed on 24th February 2011It was very reassuring to know that one doesn't have to worry about parking the car, and or having to worry about transport from the car to the terminal, however the only negative thing I would say about the service was the meeting point. Its was quite stressful to have to wait at on a double yellow line when wardens were threatning with a penalty and I had to get back in the car and drive around to avoid getting a parking ticket. Otherwise I was very pleased with the service and a good value for money. Thanks. I will definitely use your service again and recommend to others.
