Not a good experience! Phoned 15mins before arrival to Gatwick North Terminal as advised and then had to wait in the rain for 15mins and then on the return phoned as got into terminal and then again once through customs and again had to wait 20mins.

On the whole very good and efficient. However you need to stick pretty closely to the arrival and departure times you give (we arrived an hour early and had to kill time before the car could be collected).

This was the first time I used Park& Go but it won't be the last! So easy & efficient. Same price as catching the train but without all the hanging around. Highly recommended
