Executive Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

Well worth the £55 and hassle free. Although they were late by 10 minutes when we arrived at the airport, it didn't hinder our experience. Excellent service on arrival back to the UK. If you want friendly service and hassle free, then I highly recommend the meet and greet with park and go.

I'd love to say we had the perfect experience..but we didn't! On departure we gave the 20 minute pre-arrival notice as required and then waited at departures. After 20 minutes we phoned again and were told they were on their way and there had been a hold up. After another 20 minutes the traffic warden told us we had to move on. We phoned again and were told that they would double check. An HOUR after our first call someone eventually turned up. He had the wrong flight information and no pen, so he couldn't correct the ticket. On return the process was much more effective, despite the flight delays. However, the receipt for my car which I had been carefully guarding all holiday, I discovered was worthless as it hadn't been filled in. The return driver thankfully decided that the booking print out and my knowledge of the car was proof of ownership enough. The return was fine, but the departure process was such a disaster that never again are the only words coming to mind! With a shorter check in we would have missed our flight...

Took a little time to arrive at meeting point, but other than that would use again.

Simple and efficient (and good value for money). Drop off easy to find and just by departures. Slight mix up over arrival time but not a problem. I'll definitely use you againt next time I'm flying from Gatwick.

Way out was a disaster - had to wait for 40 minutes - polite service but wait was totally unacceptable. Way back -superb ! Need to work on getting right 100% of the time.

Brilliant - a few minutes wait at dropoff. Didnt wait more than 10 seconds for car at pickup even though we were delayed 5 hours!

Drop off was fine, collection was three phone calls and a 30 minute wait. Car was fine.

Excellent service, on time and waiting for us at the specified area for our meet and greet. Thank you will definitely use this service again.
