An excellent service - very efficient collection and drop off. Within 20 minutes of collecting our luggage we were in our car and on the road home. We highly recommend this service.

I would most definitely use this service again. The staff were polite, prompt and even helped us load our bags into the car! for the price you couldn't ask for more.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough. We were met by the driver, who was very cheerful and helpful. We were given clear instructions on where to be for both arrival and departure from Gatwick and the whole service from start to finish was very professional and took the whole hassle of waiting for buses to and from the airport away. Fantastic service. Called 20 minutes before arrival at departures as instructed. Representative waiting as we arrived. He was very polite, friendly and courteous and helped to unload luggage. On return called from Baggage Reclaim and again when we had collected baggage. Waited 5 mins for car to be delivered. Again we were assisted to load luggage into car. Would definitely recommend service to others and would use again in the future. Thank you Park & Go.

Car seemed to be well taken care of even if I was expected to handover my car without a proper receipt. I booked the service online and when I called to announce my arrival at the airport (20 mins in advance as requested) they didnt have any details of my booking. This was reasonably quickly resolved. On returning home, I was told the car would be with me "in a few minutes" but it wasnt until I finally got my car about 40mins later I was told that loads of flights had arrived at the same time and staff had been working for 18 hours and had to be let go - a bit frustrating I wasnt told that in the first place as I could have done a bit of shopping in the airport or got a coffee instead of standing around waiting with a young child. Everyone nice and polite though.

Drop off worked very well, communication was great but a little slow to bring the car back to us. Certainly no complaints and will use you again.

My family and I used the Executive Meet and greet Service at Gatwick airport in mid May. Although the people we spoke with were always very professional we found that on arriving at Gatwick Airport for the vehicle to be dropped off it was very hit and miss as ti where about you should wait and who will be picking up your vehicle as there are no signs. On dropping of the vehicle we had to wait 20 mins before someone arrived despite it being 7am on a Sunday morning. On arriving back to Gatwick and despite following instructions and calling once we had collected our baggage, we had to wait 30mins for the car to be delivered. Everyone time we called we were told that the driver was 5misn away but this was never the case. On questioning the reason for the delay, we were advised that we had arrived earlier than expected. I however found this unacceptable given that we were arriving at 10.30pm on a Sunday night and we could not help that our flight arrived 20mins earlier. The car was in a good condition when returned (although dirty) and it should be noted that the vehicles are usually parked 8 miles away so your vehicle will do about 19 miles. But the service is convenient even if not very prompt.
