Excellent service. Waiting time at both ends was very short. Very professional staff. Very good value for money. Cannot recommend Park&Go high enough!

We’d booked a meet and greet with Star at LHR. En route, we suddenly realised we were flying out of Gatwick, not LHR. Panic! Rang Star’s hotline who said “no problem” and re-booked us with Executive Parking, Gatwick. When we got there, someone was waiting to meet us and sorted everything out with the minimum of fuss. Even bigger disaster on our return - for reasons beyond our control, we missed the flight so rang Executive Parking who said “no problem” and were outside waiting when we arrived the next day. Brilliant. Both went the extra mile to help. EP’s customer service is superb and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Gail
