Dropped off easily although the carp ark isn't signposted very well. They park your car about 2 miles away (car has a tracker on it). Then return to Gatwick Airport on the day you fly back. Easy.

Drop-off was very simple and quick; pick-up, however, was not as described in the Return Instructions. Instead of my car being “returned by our uniformed staff in the Meet and Greet Reception area” (as details in the Parking Voucher) I was given the keys and directed to go to the second floor in the adjacent Premier Inn car park. I pay for meet & greet because I have limited mobility no walk with a stick. This was not what I had paid for.
