Reviewed on 31st January 2018Actual company is different to the name on the booking so when I arrived I waited for ages (when I telephoned in advance I wasn’t told that it was a different named company that would collect the car that was on the booking) & all staff there ignored us until I asked one of them and was told “yeah that’s us” and then kept me waiting for another 10-15 minutes. Had to wait 30 minutes for return of car. The most disorganised meet & greet service I have ever used (I use about 20 a year too & have for the past 15 years)......
