Actual company is different to the name on the booking so when I arrived I waited for ages (when I telephoned in advance I wasn’t told that it was a different named company that would collect the car that was on the booking) & all staff there ignored us until I asked one of them and was told “yeah that’s us” and then kept me waiting for another 10-15 minutes. Had to wait 30 minutes for return of car. The most disorganised meet & greet service I have ever used (I use about 20 a year too & have for the past 15 years)......

Excellent service, friendly staff and great value. Easy to find and complete hand over for drop off and pick up. Did take longer than expected for the car to arrive on collection (about 30 minutes).
