Amazing service. We were called by the driver whilst on our way to the airport to check we were going to be on time. Paul took our car and confirmed collection details. On the return, again we were called as we landed to confirm collection point and our car was there within 10 minutes of arriving. Excellent service.

I was met on time both for drop off and for pick up. The car had been cleaned and the driver was courteous and helpful. I have booked through Park and Go for a few years now and will continue to do so if standards remain high.

Absolutely fantastic service from the moment we booked so the moment we picked the car back up everything went completely smoothly. We booked the valet parking complete with into an exterior car wash service and as instructed we called them about 10 minutes before we arrived upon which they told us where to take the car when we arrived there was an extremely professional and friendly valet ready to take our car. They first checked over the car and gave us documentation, there was no damage to the vehicle and contact number to call them upon our return. Upon our return we called them as instructed whilst we were in the baggage reclaim area. again they told us where to go and that they would be there with our car in about 10 minutes. We made our way to the car park within a couple of minutes our car was returned to us fully cleaned and valeted again by an extremely professional and polite driver. Having heard so many horror stories regarding airport parking car companies leaving cars on the side of roads or clocking up many miles in your car whilst your away and our car only being a couple of years old, I had admittedly taken note of the mileage in my car at the time I dropped it off as well as when it was returned to us so I could check. Also being almost brand new it is easily trackable via GPS, and I did admittedly also do this a couple of times whilst away. Not only was our car stationary for the whole time we were away but upon checking the GPS on the mapping system I could see it was clearly in a secure compound thanks to Google Earth. Not only would I personally use this company again every time I need to use airport parking, but I can truly say that I will 100% be recommending them to all my family and friends.

Very straightforward service, gives you peace of mind. Car came back nice and clean. Tip - Just make sure you give them a call approx 20 minutes away. As we got to the airport 40 minutes early but had to wait. But that's because we didn't give them enough notice.
