Staff have no clue what-so-ever. It doesnot matter if you confirm your booking with them many times they will still guarantee you to have your details wrong when you get there. Avoid this company at all cost. Worst worst i ever came accross, they made my holiday start and finish a total nightmare. Waited 1 hour to drop my car and over 2 hours when i came to pick up as they were ignoring my calls then said car has arrived finally. After telling them more than 10 times that I was on north terminal my car was still dropped at south terminal. What a joke they're. I personaly believe that when you call them to say your 15 minutes away from terminal that's the time they call around to try and find any staff to come and work if they can find any.
