Only thing stopping a 5 stars review, is not informing of the extra charge on leaving the car park (only £3.00).

Phoned in 15mins before arrival as requested and driver was waiting for us at designated point. On return from holiday, when I rung the driver, there was no reply. Tried 4 times, no reply. Driver then called me, and confirmed our meeting point. Car arrived 5 mins approx after we had got to the meeting point. Hand over was good, but nothing in the paperwork mentioned a car park charge. Now we know the procedure, would still use this parking option again.

Excellent. With one slight reservation. Having to pay car park fee on the return journey was not clear from original booking, but was made clear when we phoned to announce our arrival.

BRILLIANT. Quick call 15mins before arrival, into short stay car park, met by polite man who whisks car away. 2min walk to departures. Quick call on our return and we had retrieved our bags and our car was returned to same location within 10mins! Why would you use anyone else?

1st time we have used any service like this at the airport - excellent service, so easy to book and everything worked out as described, good price - will be using this everytime in future.
