Little waiting for transfer buses, spaces easy to find,staff excellent. Had a problem with car, staff at reception most helpful. Would definitely continue to use this service.

Great car Park, i have used this car park before and never had any problems getting in the car park, it is when you go to the exit and put your ticket into the reader at the gate it never recognizes the ticket, so you have to take the ticket and the booking receipt to the booth for them to check it, it all takes time, just what you need after a long flight. BE WARNED

Good signage in car park. Short walk to bus stop. Good regular bus service. A suggestion, would be useful to have neon sign at each stop stating how longe before next bus.

Although I booked a space my number plate was not read correctly on entry so had to visit the reception on exit who sorted out an exit ticket

What a great way to go on holidays,knowing that I didn't had to worry how I was gonna get home. First time I used this car park and I have to say I will definitely use it again.

Car park entry system worked on way in without a hitch but refused to let us out even though we had prepaid and had returned on schedule. Staff very friendly and sorted problem promptly.

Overall very efficent. Have to say on an early, freezing, Thursday morning - 05:30 the wait for the bus seemed to be a little long but perhaps that was/is my impatients and my loathing of the cold!

So utterly convienient and inexpensive. Thought the staff were very polite. There needs to be more structure for boarding and packing cases on the coaches as much time and space was wasted.
