Convenient service as just had to get to the airport and not worry about transfers or finding a space, but had to wait almost 10 mins for them to collect/deliver my car to me. Advisable to ring a bit earlier than they recommend!

1hr wait for car... I would have been ok with this if the telephone operator had advised of delays - I could have had a coffee, or even a meal and avoided standing around waiting. Shame, I liked the service. Today however I happily parked in short stay to avoid any repetition of waiting...

A little confusion over the right level. Paperwork said one thing but when phoning 20 mins before they said something different. I followed the paperwork but should have listened to the phone instructions :) Otherwise on time in both directions. Very good!!
