We have used Sure Parking twice now at Gatwick through Park and Go. Both time they have been excellent, drivers check the car before leaving and and we have never had to wait more than a few minutes for the car to appear.

Fantastic service. Dropped the car off with a waiting rep there. Car delivered back as soon as I rang. I would definitely recommend the company to anyone looking for a Meet & Greet company at Gatwick Airport

Prompt at drop off. Unfortunately the person who answered the phone after we’d landed told us to go to Level 1. We were there for 15 minutes in the cold (after coming from hot Mexico) and a random lady told us to go to Level 3! It was so busy on Level 3 and we waited another 20 minutes. Staff were great though apart from this.

Sure Parking Meet and Greet were great, there was someone waiting when we dropped the car off and it was ready when we returned. No hold ups at all.

Excellent service both on departure and arrival. Drop-off/collect right next to the North terminal. Staff waiting ready for drop-off outbound and car returned within 5 minutes of arrival homebound. Lastly, the fee was lowest available and included short-term parking ticket. 5*
