Reviewed on 25th July 2010This was a meet and greet service (not carpark)however when i called up on approaching LGW on the telephone number provided, they didnt seem to be aware we were arriving. Apart from that the service was excellent with chatty attendants and no other issues. Thank you

Reviewed on 22nd July 2010Friendly staff and prompt at turning up on both drop off and pick up. Communicated well when traffic was holding them up. Only negative points, car was returne filthy and had clearly been parked under a tree (I did get an apology) and answering their phone needs improving, you don't want to speak to an answer phone when approaching the airport or when luggage has been collected.

Reviewed on 16th July 2010Very good phoned as appoached airport and had to wait about 10 minutes for driver to collect cat. and phoned as collecting luggage and had to wait about 15 minutes for car to be returned beats waiting for a bus to take you to your car

Reviewed on 6th July 2010On arrival we waited 45 minutes for a driver to collect our car.This resulted in being later than expected for check in which meant my family were split up for our flight. Our return journey we waited 30 minutes for a driver to return our car, this service was supposed to take the stress out of airport parking, unfortunately it added to it. Not good.

Reviewed on 14th June 2010Very polite and friendly staff, though a short wait both ways due to the structural work at Gatwick North they apologised for the delay. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tailored Parking Services Meet and Greet and will definitely be using them again.
