Very good service except recorded messages

I was a little uncertain about handing over my car keys to a stranger, but the service was excellent and very efficient. It was much easier than trying to find a car park and waiting for a transfer bus etc. Will definitely use the service again.

All staff were polite and helpful. On arrival to the airport we had to wait for 10 minutes as no one was there to meet us, I think there was a mix up with the terminal we were at! However I was in constant communication by phone. On our return, the cars were bought back on time. All in all I was happy with the service, it is so much easier to drive straight to the airport door rather than wait for buses from car parks.
