All staff were polite and helpful. On arrival to the airport we had to wait for 10 minutes as no one was there to meet us, I think there was a mix up with the terminal we were at! However I was in constant communication by phone. On our return, the cars were bought back on time. All in all I was happy with the service, it is so much easier to drive straight to the airport door rather than wait for buses from car parks.

I have used your service several times and would readily recommend it especially ,as this time,travelling with a baby. This time,however,our flight was delayed and when I 'phoned there was no answer(twice). I panicked,rang your offices,which were closed. Eventually I spoke to the driver and all was well. Perhaps, if this happens again, it would be a good idea for the driver to 'phone to reassure the customer after a message has been left.

Extremely pleased with the meet and greet service we received on our holiday this year (Aug 09). A man was there to collect our car as soon as we arrived at Gatwick and on our return we only waited about 10 minutes for our car to be returned to us and the man helped us with all of our luggage. I would definitely use this service again. Thank you very much for a great service.
