Great value for money, dropped off right by the terminal. Friendly guy who picked the car up. My only minor gripe is that we waited about 30 minutes from calling until the car was returned.

2 minutes wait for car collection and the guy was waiting for us when we got there for return. We actually saw him arriving as we crossed the crossing at Gatwick. Perfect. Thanks Guys.

Easy to find driver, almost on time going out. Only had to wait a couple of minutes on our return driver pleasant would use again.

On our return we were unable to speak to anyone at your reception office when we had recovered our luggage but left a message on your answerphone. We then waited at least half an hour before our car was returned. This was disappointing but possibly due to heavy traffic in and around the airport.
