Return pick up was good and car arrived in excellent time and in good condition. Drop off not so good as driver was 20 minutes late despite confirming they would be on time; we also had to ring twice to chase.

Wonderful company, very straightforward to park my car. Instructions were easy to follow throughout. Paul was fantastic, friendly. prompt and car was bought back safely. I'll definitely book through Park and Go again.
