It was a tale of two experiences. Going out was a dream, could not have gone smoother. Coming back was a nightmare. I had to ring 14 times to tell them we were back. Eventually told car would be there in ten. After 30 minutes in a freezing car park they rang us to as what car we were waiting for!! Eventually car arrived after total of 50 minutes freezing. Chap was super apologetic but it hadn't been a nice experience at all.

Always use Park and Go, never have any issues, they are friendly, professional and panic free. The best way to start your holiday as no need to worry about the car. Perfect.

Awesome service both ways. Driver waiting for us on arrival, 30 second wait for our car to arrive on our return. Top class service from Mr Clark and the GVPC. Polite with clear communication. Highly recommended.

We were running late on our way out due to the traffic, but phoned them up and it was all fine. You drop the car in a certain car park and level as told when you phone 15 minutes beforehand. Pick up from the same place, we only had to wait a few minutes to collect too. We chose the option to pay the exit fee on way out, was told was £3.80 but it was in fact £4.00 and can only pay by card, not cash. This is only reason why I marked the review down as would have been very handy to know, after the flight home.

It was the first time I used this company and I was very satisfied with the service I received. The gentlemen collecting & delivering my car, were friendly, approachable & very helpful. I rang the office 15 minutes before I was due to arrive at the designated car park but the driver was already there when I arrived. I will definitely use this company again.
