Drop off was fine but there was a 30 minute wait for the car instead of 10 minutes as promised. Also I had to pay an extra £5.30 at the car park exit, probably because the driver took too long to meet me after entering the car park.

Great experience as always. Easy drop off, car ready for pick up as we exited the lift on level 4 of the car park at Heathrow. Staff always helpful and friendly. Will use again.

I have used this 5 Star Meet and Greet, Heathrow for years now. Very good, professional and timely. Nothing worse than waiting ages for your car after a long haul flight. Highly recommended.
