Was disappointed that the car was brought back to me with hazards going on continuously. This was a hazard. They could have collected me to the car park so I could contact breakdown service. It spoiled my day totally.

These guys have always been late. I always call them to tell them that I have landed, and am on my way. They always tell me to call again after passport control and as I rarely have luggage to collect, I am at the car park in 2-3 mins and have to wait 10 mins or so. I can cope with that. This time I called as I landed - both numbers were switched off. I called again after passport control. Still off - so i left a voicemail. I called as I was getting into the lift to the car park, and someone answered. I explained that I had tried to call several times, and that I was almost at the collection point. I was told the driver would be there in 5 minutes. I got up to the collection point, and 15 minutes later, I called again to be told that the Driver is on his way - it'll be 5 minutes... 10 minutes later, the driver arrives. I ask why he is so late - dispatch had only called him 6-7 minutes ago that I was ready. Needless to say, I was not happy with this shoddy service and poor explanations. There are plenty of others offering this serivce at LHR, though most cost a little more. I think I will pay a few quid more to get a half decent service from now on.

Only problem was signage on Level 4. I would change instructions to follow signs for Meet and Greet. I ended up on L 3 twice! The parking guys were great though and the service was great value for money. Thank you.

Driver was waiting for us at airport on way out and again on way in after calling them. loved not having to get a bus etc. Thanks

Used these amateurs for the last time the last thing you want when you get back off holiday is a 40 minute wait and just before you arrive they ring you up to tell you that you have a puncture but don't worry they have put your space saver tyre on well let me tell you you don't expect your car to come back worse than it was when you left it & it's a ball ache looking around Heathrow for a tyre repair shop. Wont be using meet and greet ever.

Very punctual. By the time I came out after collecting me baggage, my car was waiting for me. No fuss. All in time. Courteous people. Very good value for money!!
