All as expected. Quick and easy.

On dropping off the car, the agent did not have any paperwork, therefore had to spend some time seeking confirmation that he was the agent for the parking provider, which I eventually received. On returning to pick up the car, very fast and efficient service. From phoning at the baggage reclaim, it took only15 minutes for the car to arrive.

Another great experience with Aerodrome Meet and Greet. Only had to wait a short time for both the drop off and pick up. The car was fine on return. Have already booked again.

Excellent service with this company, we have used them a couple of times and found them to be very efficient. Was good to see that Terminals Parking now have a manned desk at Heathrow T5 enabling a point of contact for any queries. Highly recommend.

Easy and straightforward. Staff were friendly and helpful. We needed to drop of at terminal 5 and pick up at terminal 3 which went off without any problems. I would definitely recommend.

Despite leaving from Terminal 3 and returning to Terminal 5, everything went smoothly and car was returned to us promptly.

Excellent service. Very pleased we used Aerodrome Meet and Greet. They answered the phone immediately, gave us precise directions, and were at the airport waiting for us upon our arrival. Coming home they phoned us to give us pick up instructions and again, were waiting for us. Very polite staff. Will definitely use Aerodrome again.
