Aerodrome Meet and Greet Reviews

All worked well as regards meeting and returning car. only minor gripe was that driver's foot carpet was fairly muddy. The company involved was Aerodrome as expected.

Not the best meet and greet experience. Though the staff I spoke to were polite and courteous, the drop off and collections were not efficient. In spite of calling in advance on both occasions (as instructed) I had to wait nearly 20 minutes for a representative to arrive at drop off. Luckily I had enough leeway for flight departure. Similar story upon return, though the whole area in Terminal 3 level 4 was chaotic, with too many operators, no park spaces and blocking of access/exits. Someone at Heathrow parking authority needs to review the entire set up

Very good service at a reasonable price, significantly cheaper than many other providers. Short waits for the car to be picked up and for it to be delivered back, but well within acceptable times. The driver on our return had even noticed a slight loss of air in one tyre which he fully inflated.

The drop off and pick up worked exactly as planned. Great service.
