Airside Meet and Greet Parking Reviews

Very disappointing. When we arrived at the airport to the drop-off point changed to multi story car park and man who collected car was most insistent paid entrance fee which refused as understood everything included by what paid you plus they changed location from parking Lane, adjacent to airport! After some to-ing and fro-ing, a phone call he agreed. Similar problem when we got back, after waiting for the vehicle we told must pay £7.50 airport exit fee. We disputed It was pointless arguing, as been waiting long enough so reluctantly paid to carry on our way. I’m sure you confirm if correct as we feel robbed!? We’re going away again in a few weeks, we have used you previously but may not again. Before decide whether to Sever links and post reviews on appropriate travel airport websites plus possibly police,, we will give you the chance to respond as responsible for your dodgy agent companies actions. Was a bit sceptical booking this kind of service as you hear a lot of horror stories but it was excellent & very convenient & very good value. Communication was excellent & we were met on time on both departure & arrival. Would definitely use again.

On return our flight was late and redirected to another airport so by the time we were bussed back was passed 1:30am but their guy Suthan agreed to wait for another two hours to deliver our car. Thank you!

First time I've been left waiting 5-10 mins for both collection and drop off by one of park and go's services. Worth doing everything 15 mins earlier than they say so they'll at least be there to meet and greet. Also t5 short stay is chargeable so you end up spending more than the other options, so I'll be avoiding this tier in future.

Unfortunately we had an awful experience. Our flight was delayed and we then had to wait 50 minutes for the car to be returned. They also made us pay the exit fee. Do not use this company.

10 minutes delay at pick up despite 35 minutes warning call! Otherwise, good service! Thanks.

Drop off was good, Although I thought I had actually paid for a service which had car park fees (£6 each way) included. Return - rubbish. Tried calling several times, instructions clearly say don’t call until you have your luggage, number not answered. Left messages, tried again several times still not answered. Waited 20 minutes at car park thinking they might have listened to the messages. Nothing, so called again. Unanswered. Called via different phone, answered straight away and said should have called as soon as we got off the plane. Sent a good hour waiting around.

It was too long to pick up the car upon return. I had to wait more than 30 minutes.

The driver turned up on time One thing to note, you will need to pay for the parking when you drop off the car.
