Very good. Did everything they said they would. When we picked the car up it was exactly how we left it.

Avoid! Most stressful meet and greet ever! Booked for 6am pick up, told to phone 30 minutes before… started phoning at 5:30 but no answer until 6am. By this point we had booked a taxi to take us to the airport and had arranged with our hotel to leave the car there… most stressful 30 minutes ever. Then when they did finally answer (just as we were about to get in a taxi - which we then had to cancel), they then made us pay for the car parking ticket at the airport (something that we had checked they wouldn’t expect us to do when we booked). Then! When we got back after our holiday the same thing happened again, sat in the airport car park phoning again and again for 20 minutes before they answered!

Very efficient service. Easy to book. Left car for 2 weeks and returned to us safe and sound. We were caught up in the baggage debacle at LHR so we’re a little late getting the car but no problem. Polite helpful staff. Will use again.

Everything went well, followed all the instructions and driver was waiting on time. Had a little issue with exit fee but Park & Go quickly resolved the issue. Will definitely be booking through Park & Go in the future.
