Reviewed on 16th September 2019Car drop off and transfer to Heathrow was fine, but slow collection from T5 on return plus several pick ups from other terminals meant a total of an hour to get back to our car. The car was really dirty and covered in a thick layer of dust from the car park surface plus animal footprints across the bonnet. Very disappointing at the end of a long day!
