Average service. From arriving at drop off point to Terminal 1 took 25 mins. Then on pick up despite being told car would be there in 10-15 mins it took 35 minutes to arrive. Nowhere near as avertised

I was very happy with my choice!! When I booked I didn't realise that Drive Fly Park n Ride will deliver my car when I return from Portugal. It was a very good surprise. The service was professional. I strongly recommend this company!

Brilliant service. Polite and friendly staff and no problems with drop off or pick up. I will definitely use this service again.

Second time using this service. Never had any problems with finding or parking at the hotel. Courteous staff on arrival and speedy delivery of the car to the terminal. Very good 4 star service.

I chose this company because their directions to the drop off point (Radisson Hotel near Heathrow) seemed to be the less complicated! I left the car in the hotel car park and the hotel staff were very helpful in carrying my suitcases into the hotel. There was a short wait before the bus arrived. My bus ticket was included in the price and this was printed out by the car park representative who met me and collected my car keys. It's a good idea to pre-check in your baggage to allow more time, since the bus does visit other hotels and Terminal 4 before going onto Terminal 5. I was also told that the car would be taken to Terminal 5 to meet me on my return; which again was helpful in saving time at the end of my journey. All in all it was a smoothly run operation and I would use this company again. Many thanks!

The drop off point was easy to find, but near terminal 1 not 5, which caused a bit of confusion. Phone when you get near it, as it took 10 mins for the parking company driver to arrive, 10 mins for the bus and another 30 mins bus ride (to terminal 5). Pick up was lovely and very quick.

Excellent service. The driver Tahir was fantastic and to help me getting my car sorted. I cannot praise him enough. Many thanks to him once again.

Overall quite happy with the service. Instructions for dropping the car off and where to park it were a bit hit and miss and where to stand for pick up on re-arrival weren't too clear. Given a Hotel Hoppa bus pass to get from the hotel drop off point back to airport. On the upside, having the car brought back to the airport was a plus after a long flight. Would I use again? Maybe.

Excellent service and value for money, they even dropped the car off to us at the airport. Can't ask for better than that!

The only fault about this experience was that we were on a tight time scedule. I didn't realise that we were going to do pick ups on the way to the airport. On arriving back into the country, I made a phone call to the company & within 10 mins. our car was delivered to us in the departure drop off area of the airport(I was expecting to catch a bus back to the desiginated hotel); we will do it again!
