Reviewed on 24th July 2013Average service. From arriving at drop off point to Terminal 1 took 25 mins. Then on pick up despite being told car would be there in 10-15 mins it took 35 minutes to arrive. Nowhere near as avertised

Reviewed on 9th July 2012Overall quite happy with the service. Instructions for dropping the car off and where to park it were a bit hit and miss and where to stand for pick up on re-arrival weren't too clear. Given a Hotel Hoppa bus pass to get from the hotel drop off point back to airport. On the upside, having the car brought back to the airport was a plus after a long flight. Would I use again? Maybe.

Reviewed on 3rd September 2011I'm afraid my experience was not a happy one thanks to my silly mistake i.e. I went to the wrong hotel The Renaissance not the Raddison and no one on the staff when I handed over the paperwork corrected my mistake; ergo when I returned to Rennaissance I had to pay again.

Reviewed on 2nd January 2011The experience should be split by outbound and inbound. 1. Outbound, rating 0 ZERO, Why - Arrived at Radisson Hotel at 9am for 12.35 flight.Car checked in by P&G guy at 9.15am then waited for public hotel hoppa bus until 9:50am. By the time I got to T5 approx 10:20am and checked in late....I was bumped off my flight and had to wait in the standby pen until 30 mins from flight, just getting the last seats! We ran at beak neck speed through security etc and just made the flight, but extremely frazzled. 2. Inbound, rating 5, car pick at Level 4 row 4 was excellent especially as our flight was delayed 3 hours from Denver and also with hold up at connection services. I will use the service again, providing I can drop car off at Terminal and not at the Rad Hotel. FYI the Rad concierge were only interested in selling a taxi ride! Regards Mark Brice

Reviewed on 6th November 2009Was not happy on return, when phoning to say we were in arrivals to have a 30 min wait to be collected. We had paid £15 for a priority pick up as we have an 8 month old baby. We may just have well have gone on the shuttle bus, and saved our money.
