A fast and efficient service.

Very good service. FastPark Heathrow Meet & Greet staff were waiting at the airport to collect the car. On my return, car was ready to pick collect at the airport. Very convenient service and car was well looked after. I would recommend anyone to use FastPark.

Drop off a breeze. On pick up, FastPark Meet & Greet called me just as we were heading to passport control to say they'd seen my flight had landed. Called them again just after our bags arrived and the car was waiting there for us. Top service and highly recommended.

Superb, they contact you on before arrival and return everything provided, parking tickets to enter and exit the car part. Class service.

Outstanding service. I used the meet and greet service at Heathrow. Staff were already there to pick the car when I reached the airport. On my return, as soon as I landed had a call from their office checking things and car was ready to pick up by the time I got the luggage. They have also paid the short stay parking ticket both time. Car was clean and tidy. Excellent service with reasonable price.

Excellent service, the attendant was very timely on our departure and arrival back to LHR. Our flight was delayed by 12 hrs and they gave us a call to check in. Would book through Park and Go again, 100%.

Fantastic service throughout, from booking to returning our car, everything was perfect and the level of courtesy with the employee who collected and dropped of our car was outstanding. Great price too so will be my go to parking in the future!

The supplier was excellent, they were waiting for us on arrival and were tremendous when we returned, I had booked to arrive a day earlier! They had phoned me on the day, but could not reach me because my phone was not working, when we arrived 24 hours later they said no problem, don’t worry and fifteen minutes later we had our car. I would also like to mention Park and Go, we always used to make our bookings through you but somehow lost your contact details, for several years we used other suppliers, who quite frankly were not a patch on you, they gave me the impression that they were just price compare websites, without proper monitoring of supplier performance, and we had a few nightmares! That is the last thing you need when getting back from a long flight. Park and Go do monitor supplier performance, they are a small company with a great customer service ethos, I am so glad I found your contact details again, we will not be moving away from you, contact details are now saved in a very safe place!
