Reviewed on 11th September 2025Easy to book, great value for money and excellent communication (FastPark called me an hour ahead of drop off and as soon as I’d disembarked the plane), so someone was waiting for me both when I dropped off the car and picked it up. Instructions for drop off and collection are very clear. I will absolutely be using this service a lot more going forwards given how smooth and stress-free it was.

Received courtesy calls both en route to drop off and on return at the baggage carousel and my car was waiting for me when I got to the short stay pick up point. Well done guys - I’ll certainly use you again.

Reviewed on 7th September 2025I made a mistake on my departure time and they could not have been more accommodating. Then arriving back and answering my call by saying…”welcome back Mrs Brown did you have a good trip” was just the nicest way of being greeted ever! The car took a tiny bit longer - than expected to return but in fairness he did say 10-15 minutes after I collected my luggage and he was the nicest most polite man. A wonderful experience! Thank you!

Reviewed on 15th August 2025Fantastic service. Called us to check arrival time. Meet at hand over car without waiting. Very friendly when we explained that we missed flights and need to confirm new arrival time next day. No issues at all and car was with us 15 minutes after call at arrival and no extra charge. What a delight after the nightmare we had with missed flights. - THANK YOU!
