Excellent service, very helpful when we got lost at the terminal 5 car park and ready and waiting when we returned. We had given up on meet and greet because we always ended up waiting for ages for our car when we returned from our holidays, making repeated calls to very unhelpful providers. This is not the case with these guys. I saw exasperated people waiting for their cars and calling their providers when we landed this time and I was thankful I booked these guys instead.

The most easiest and efficient service I’ve ever used. My flight was rescheduled to a different terminal. Rang FastPark Heathrow Meet & Greet and gave them the new flight details and everything else was sorted. Thank you, I’ll be using you guys again.

Arrived a bit early and delayed flight coming back - neither of which were a problem for FastPark who were either waiting for us or no more than 5 minutes after arriving. Great, friendly service - would use again.
