Excellent service, very helpful when we got lost at the terminal 5 car park and ready and waiting when we returned. We had given up on meet and greet because we always ended up waiting for ages for our car when we returned from our holidays, making repeated calls to very unhelpful providers. This is not the case with these guys. I saw exasperated people waiting for their cars and calling their providers when we landed this time and I was thankful I booked these guys instead.

The most easiest and efficient service I’ve ever used. My flight was rescheduled to a different terminal. Rang FastPark Heathrow Meet & Greet and gave them the new flight details and everything else was sorted. Thank you, I’ll be using you guys again.

Super service - waiting for us at car park on arrival. We were phoned when we landed and then telephoned them when we had our bags. As we arrived in the short stay car park our car arrived. Highly recommended.

Brilliant. Really helped start and finish our holiday.

A little slow on the pick up but it was not material and most efficient on the return trip. They seem honest people and that counts for a good deal. Easy to deal with and some of the others seemed unappealingly brash. I may be old fashioned....

Although there was a bit of a delay (not serious) collecting the car when we flew, you were waiting for us when we returned and the feeling we were dealing with decent people was appreciated. We will book again with you happily next time.
