Reviewed on 31st March 2026I have booked through Park and Go many times, but this was first experience with FastPark Heathrow. I must say that FastPark were absolutely superb and best customer service experience I have ever had for Meet & Greet at Heathrow. Having called with 20 minutes notice as requested, they were waiting for me in the car park upon arrival. Similar upon return, having called once through baggage collection, my car was waiting when we reached car park. The gentleman recognised me from drop off and welcomed me by name. Exceptional service, thank you.

Reviewed on 19th March 2026Have been using fast park for a few years now and never had a problem, the driver is always on time when dropping off the car and picking it up when you return. Drivers always polite and courteous, will carry on using them when we fly from Heathrow.

Reviewed on 16th March 2026Absolutely excellent service. We booked 7 weeks meet and greet parking whilst visiting family in Australia. We hadn't used FastPark Heathrow Meet and Greet before and they were very reasonably priced, so we were slightly apprehensive. We needn't have been, after calling them on arrival at Heathrow they were there within a few minutes and promptly issued with a receipt and we were on our way. When we returned they actually called us as we were collecting our luggage and said they would be on their way. As we arrived at the collection point they pulled in, very politely asked us about our trip, we then loaded up our luggage and were off within minutes. Excellent service. Will definitely be using these professionals again.

Reviewed on 14th February 2026Very good service. FastPark Heathrow Meet & Greet staff were waiting at the airport to collect the car. On my return, car was ready to pick collect at the airport. Very convenient service and car was well looked after. I would recommend anyone to use FastPark.
