Transfer Information

Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself.

Arrival Procedure

Once parked and unloaded, please lock your car and check in with our Handover Team who are based at our desk in the lift lobby. You will need to confirm your return flight details so please have these to hand. We must have your correct return date and flight number in order to help us avoid any delays in returning your car. Your car will be photographed and taken to our secure car park by one of our experienced drivers, whilst you check in.

Return Procedure

There is no need to call us on your return. As long as we have your correct return flight number, terminal and return date we will have your car brought to the meeting point below, ready for when you arrive. If you are unsure or did not give us a return flight number when you checked in, then call our handover team on 01895 544 382 and select option 1. They will be able to advise the status of your car and get it on its way to the meeting point if it is not already. Please have the unique barcoded card that you were given on arrival to collect your keys from our Handover team. If you do not have this then we will need to see and take an image of your passport - which (of course) must match the booking name.

Additional Information

The car park does not accept large vehicles such as transit vans, or any vehicles with trailers. Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £20 per day or part day after your booked return date.
