Go Airport Parking Meet and Greet Heathrow T4 and T5 Reviews

This is the first time I have used this service from Heathrow. Unfortunately, the instructions were not clear, we had a difficult time finding where we were to leave the car despite phone calls to the company, there was no signage to guide us. When picking the car up we had the same experience we were told the car was on its way after waiting in the cold for 15 minutes we eventually were able to speak to a representative of the company in the car park he was very vague he had no identification to say he was from the company. It was another car park man that informed us he then found our car parked it had been there all the time we had despite being told on the phone it was on its way. I always use Park And Go from Manchester Airport and have not experienced such poor service as i did at Heathrow.
