Reviewed on 17th March 2026Sadly I must complain about the awful Elite parking service below, as follows; 1.There are no staff on site and no transfer that the carpark operate. You needed to phone them to be provided with a code to open the shutter to drive your car in. This was not part of the procedure below. 2. You then were told to proceed to bus shelter to catch the Heathrow transfer bus and PAY. In my case there were no transfer to terminal 4 and they had to provide a taxi to transfer us and got there just in time. 3. On the return we were sent from Terminal 4 to terminal 5 by the train operated by the airport. Then we had to wait for the next bus and PAY to transfer us to the bus stop outside of the car park. We had to call them again to be provided with code to enter the car park. None of this was part of the arrival and return procedure. I believe Park & Go should not list these people to provide parking services to your customers. I used your company many times for airport parking and always received good service. I would appreciate you address these matters and the unnecessary delay that caused.

Reviewed on 16th March 2026Absolutely shocking and disgusting service we received from Heathrow Elite Parking Park and Ride. Firstly, the word Elite is totally misleading, there is nothing “elite” about this company whatsoever! We followed all the instructions given to us and on arrival, we phoned the company as requested 30 minutes prior to arriving at the Toothill car park. On arrival the shutters to the car park were closed and there were 2 other vehicles also waiting to be let in. We were also informed we would have to pay an additional £20 for the shuttle service to the airport as we’d only paid for parking! I refused, saying that we had paid for parking and transfers with the booking and we were let off as we’d paid through Park and Go! From arriving at the car park to getting into a shuttle bus took 45 minutes by which time we were getting very stressed about getting to our flight on time, we arrived at the terminal, ran straight in and to baggage check in, then literally ran to the gate and boarded the plane! Had we have been any later, we would have not made the flight. On landing back at Heathrow, having taken an overnight long haul flight, we landed on schedule at 7am. We proceeded through customs and luggage collection pretty smoothly and once we were outside the terminal, I telephone the company to let them know we were ready for pick up. At that point I was shouted at and told that a driver had been waiting outside at 7am and we didn’t show up! I said that they had all the flight information and we landed on time at 7am to which I was informed I had told them we wanted collecting at 7am. I was then told to go back inside the terminal in the warm and wait as the next driver wouldn’t be with us for another 45 minutes, but to head back outside 10 minutes before their arrival. After the 45 minutes had passed, I telephone the company again, to be shouted at once again and told the driver was stuck in traffic and would be another 20 or so minutes but no guarantee as it was traffic dependant! By this time, myself and my husband were running out of patience, it was the equivalent of around 3-4am in the morning and we just wanted to get to our vehicle and start our journey back to Cornwall! After approx. 20 minutes, we had a text message from the company asking us to go to the short stay car park, level 1 where the driver would meet us….. Another text message several minutes later we were told to go to level 4!!!!! I then telephone the company again, and was shouted at again, with the man saying, what do you expect us to do about it, traffic is traffic and we can’t do anything about it, and he even sent a photo through of a traffic jam! We were then told that it would be quicker to take the bus back to the car park and the company would reimburse the cost!!!! Eventually the driver did turn up and we got to our car 2 and 3/4 hours after landing at Heathrow…… We landed at 7am and got to the car at 9.45am. I have never experienced such a bad level of service from an airport parking company, as frequent travellers we appreciate the shuttle may not be with you the instant you arrive, but this was beyond ridiculous and the aggressive and abusive staff running this car park was disgraceful and they should not be operating. We will definitely NOT be booking with this company again, but we will book through Park & Go as we have never had an issue with them before....

Reviewed on 16th March 2026DON’T USE HEATHROW ELITE PARKING PARK and RIDE. Shocking service frim start to finish. We called them enroute to their parking at Toothill Multi Storey Car Park to let them know we were coming. When we got to the car park no one was present to meet us and we waited over half an hour. We phoned them and were given the code to open the door to the multi storey car park. Once we were in the car park we had to wait almost an hour before a shuttle mini-bus appeared. When we got in the mini-bus the brakes were grinding (metal to metal as brake pads were completely worn) and not safe or roadworthy vehicle to have 7 people being dropped off! When we arrived back from our holidays two weeks later and attended their recommended pick up point at furthest point of Departure area at Heathrow T5 there was no one to pick us up. We waited for over an hour and half and phoned them over 20 times to two phone numbers they had provided and it kept going over their answerphone. We gave up in the end and caught an Uber to get to the car park by ourselves which cost me an additional £35. We let ourselves out by using the code that was given to us when we first went to the car park. We’ve had no communication from this parking firm and they are complete amateurs and clueless. Shocking services from start to finish!
