The parking itself is good, very secure. Directions on how to get to it need improving. We had to phone 30minutes before arriving. They didn't know who we were. Arriving was Ok'ish. The driver who open up the parking was fine and helpful. The main issue was collection. We were asked to call when we had landed. I did and was told the pick-up fee would be £25. I explained that we had paid for collection with the parking but the person would not accept anything without knowing which website I had booked through. I had to find the booking email. He didn't seem to be able to look-up my name or any of the details we had put in about the return flight. Because we had book through Park and Go he said (begrudgingly) we didn't have to pay. We were told collection would be 25 minutes in the short-stay car park of Terminal 3 on level 4. 45 minutes later I phoned again to be told the driver was on his way. He arrived about 10 minutes later. The return trip was okay and we collected our car. The whole operation seemed very haphazard and amateur.

Not a great experience. The car park advertises free shuttle service however when we got there we rang and they said that it would be an hours wait to take us to the airport, which then would make us late for our flight. Due to this we had to pay for an uber which cost us £35, which did later get sent back after a complaint. However on the way back when I rang to let them know we have landed, the man on the phone was rude and dissmissive talking over me and constantly talking to a third party on the phone. After a long 15 hour travel day we did not want to wait around to hear back from this man after him ending the phone and telling us he would call back soon. Therefore, yet again, we had to sort our own way back to the car park. Overall this experience is not what was advertised, I would not recommend this company, due to their lack of professionalism, communication and attentiveness to its paying customers.

Not as described – stressful and poorly organised The description states that you drive to a car park, park your car, and are transferred to and from the airport in a 9-seater shuttle vehicle. This is not what we experienced. On arrival, we found the multi-storey car park completely shut with a metal shutter down. After calling the contact number, we were told a driver would be sent to open it. We waited around 20 minutes before a car arrived to open the car park, then disappeared, leaving us having to call back multiple times to locate the driver again. The transfer vehicle was not a 9 seater shuttle vehicle at all. We were cramped into the back of a car, which was very uncomfortable and not what was advertised. We were initially told we would need to pay for the taxi transfer to the airport, despite the service being advertised as a free transfer. We had to contact them to point out that our booking clearly stated free transfer, after which they agreed not to charge us. This is something that should be known and clarified without the customer having to challenge it. We were dropped off at the airport without further issue, and the driver told us we would be collected from the same place on our return. On our return journey, the problems continued. We called to say we were about to collect our luggage and were told to ring back once we had done so. I then attempted to call back six times with no answer. Eventually, I received a message and a call directing me to the short-stay car park, followed by two more calls with changing instructions on exactly where to go. Overall, the experience was disorganised, stressful, and very different from what was advertised. It was not an easy or smooth service, and I will not be using it again.
