Security Measures
Park Mark - Safer Parking Award. This car park has barrier control, CCTV and is manned 24 hours a day.
Transfer Information
Transfers run every 10-12 minutes, 24 hours a day and take approximately 8 minutes.
Arrival Procedure
The car park has automatic number plate recognition (ANPR), so make sure you give us your car registration number when you book. Take a ticket at the barrier, which will lift automatically. Keep this ticket. There will be signs telling you which zone to park in. You should make a note of which zone you're parked in, and which is the nearest bus stop. Then just wait at the bus stop for the transfer bus.
Return Procedure
On returning to your car, drive to Customer Services and Park. Hand over your printed confirmation (or quote your booking reference) and entry ticket in exchange for an exit ticket.
Additional Information
If you change the car you're going to be travelling in, you need to provide the new details, otherwise the car park will charge you £10 when you leave (because without the right registration number, it holds things up when you arrive and leave).

Driving Directions
FROM M4: Exit J4 and follow signs for Terminals 1,2 and 3.
At end of the M4 spur road keep left, pass under bridge and follow signs for Long Stay (T1-T5), take 1st exit on the left (East Ramp) opposite the Emirates airplane.
At roundabout (Neme Road Junction) take 3rd exit.
At traffic lights take left turn onto Northern Perimeter Road West following signs for Long Stay (T1-T4). Pass through 3 sets of lights. At 4th set (Enfield Road Roundabout) turn left, go through lights and Long Stay (T1-3) is on the left. From M25 exit J15 onto M4 towards London and follow directions as above.
On entry take ticket and follow signs to zone indicated. Make note of zone and bus stop.
